Shipping Policy

Domestic and International Shipping available

Orders sent through USPS Priority or First Class Mail

Second Vibess is not responsible for any delays in shipping or lost packages once the package has been shipped out.

Return & Exchange Policy

 Exchanges for store credit are accepted, no returns. Submit a form through our contact page with your order number & reason for return to request an exchange. If in the area drop offs are available, however, if you need to ship your package back you are responsible for the $8 (Domestic) return label. Returns are not available for international orders. You will receive an emailed invoice if you need to ship your order back. All returns must be requested within 5 days of receiving your order.
